Since 1997, Shanghai Qilin Industry Co., Ltd has become a well-known high-tech company focusing on R&D and production of thermal mass flow meters and mass flow automation systems in China.
Thermal mass flow(TMF) meter is one of the important projects of the National Seventh Five Plan，jointly developed by Shanghai Institute of Process Automation Instrumentation and The First Factory of Shanghai Process Automation Instrumentation Co., Ltd. Some elites who took part in this project founded Shanghai Qilin Industry Co., Ltd after this project was completed successfully.
